Scott accompanies the yoga session with the mystical sounds of hand pan and guitar. He will then guide you through a yoga nidra or psychic sleep journey to awaken the conscious creator within by accessing the subconscious and the messages that await your attention. During Savasana, rest and bathe in the sound of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and more to heal the subtle body. Awaken to feeling restored and balanced with a great sense of purpose in your life.
