We are devoted to the communities of North Lake Tahoe. We serve Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Crystal Bay, and Tahoe Vista and creating a vibrant sense of place is our bread and butter. Executive Director, Community Relations Manager, and Event Coordinator make up our team and we enjoy serving our area of Lake Tahoe and improving economic vitality through communications, marketing, resources, networking, and training.

Meet the Team
Alyssa Reilly
Executive Director
Alyssa was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe and is passionate about the Lake, its communities, and the people who live here. Prior to joining NTBA, Alyssa worked in the professional and collegiate athletics world throughout Northern California and the South East, specifically Alabama, Louisiana and Florida. In her previous professional experiences she was responsible for all activities including budget, financial management, membership recruitment and retention, new program development and implementation, event management, sales, sponsorships, marketing and fundraising.
Kerry Andras
Community Relations Manager
Kerry is a dedicated community member and is passionate about Lake Tahoe, the snow, mountains, and especially the amazing people that live here. He has worked in a variety of fields, including as a substitute teacher for Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, an adventure guide for Tahoe Adventure Company, and a music teacher for Tahoe Truckee School of Music – all NTBA members! Also an avid musician, he performs with several local bands, notably Sneaky Creatures.
Darcy Parrillo
Operations Manager
Darcy was raised in the mountains of Colorado and has always been deeply connected and committed to the beauty that surrounds her, including the amazing people and businesses that are at the foundation of a strong and healthy community. She is grateful to call the Lake Tahoe Basin home and raise her two young boys in an incredible place. Prior to working with NTBA, Darcy’s professional experiences were focused on public health through a holistic landscape. Throughout her career, Darcy worked with Kaiser Permanente, design research groups, and hunger relief efforts through Share Our Strength. She also has an independent business as a birth and postpartum Doula. In addition to her love for the mountains, Darcy has a lifelong passion for music and its innate ability to bring people together and into the present moment.

NTBA Photography Services | Sky Emerson
Sky was born in Mendocino County, Ca and moved to North Tahoe/Truckee to work at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort at the age of 18. Nearly 3 decades later, Sky has established himself as one of the leading art and commercial photographers of the region. When he’s not with his wife, Leah, running their fine art gallery in Kings Beach, you can still find him chasing skiers and snowboarders around Sugar Bowl, climbing the boulders of the East Shore for the perfect composition, or tending his native plant garden at home in Truckee. Sky’s love for nature is readily apparent in his work, as the vivid metal and canvas prints at Lake Tahoe Photo Gallery demonstrate. Drop by Thur-Mon to see his work, get the backstories on the images and enjoy a visual tour of Lake Tahoe. Sky is currently taking clients for commercial work, headshots, family portraits, commissioned landscapes, events, and photo booth rentals!
