Tonopalo Private Residence Club – Now Hiring Owner Experience Assistants
Join our Team at Tonopalo! Looking for excellent communicators and diligent workers to man the front desk, prep homes for arrivals, and enhance our community. The full-time position offers health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with employer match, vacation & sick time accrual, $500 Ski Pass allowance, and occasional tips.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Front Desk operations
• Check-in/check-out tasks for owners and guests
• Event planning, hosting, and clean up
• Pre-arrival home inspections and set up
• Interacting with owners and guests
• Beach, boat, and lake responsibilities
• Maintaining and stocking all common areas including Clubhouse honor bar, pool/spa, barbeque area, and gym
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, and willing to complete a variety of different tasks in a positive and enthusiastic manner. Must be comfortable with computers, be organized, and a team player. Bonus if you have a sharp eye for quality and perfection! The Tonopalo Clubhouse is open from 6:45 AM until 10 PM, seven days/week. The ideal candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts and may be required to work weekends and holidays.
Tonopalo is a Private Residence Club located on the shores of Lake Tahoe in Tahoe Vista, California. 19 Luxury 3 & 4 bedroom Condo/Style Homes, Owner’s Lounge and Bar, Clubhouse, Pool/Spa, Sandy Beach, Pier, Buoys, and More.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus!
