Tahoe Waterman Beach Clean-up Day
Sunday, April 22, 2018
1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The nonprofit Lake Tahoe Waterman Association (LTWA) will host the inaugural Tahoe Waterman Beach Clean-up day on Earth Day, Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Waterman’s Landing/Patton Beach in Carnelian Bay, CA.
Waterman’s Landing will provide tasty treats and coffee, buckets and trash grabbers.
The beach cleanup will be followed by a Team Tahoe Waterman meeting and potluck from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. that is open to the public. The team will talk about the upcoming paddle season, training, racing and the other fun activities planned.
LTWA’s mission is to preserve the California Tahoe Conservancy land that provides public access to Lake Tahoe in Carnelian Bay and educate the public on the value of non-motorized paddle sports that offer a unique way to live a fit and healthy Tahoe Waterman lifestyle.
