Tahoe Perfect Workout requires a physical assessment for all new clients, as well as clients that have not been to the studio for 4-6 months, before enrolling in an apparatus class. Each assessment, approximately 30-45 minutes long, including a workout, is conducted by our facilitators.

*Note: An assessment is not required prior to signing up for the Studio 6-Pack.
