Tahoe Music Alive (TMA) sponsors spring and fall concerts in intimate venues for professional and emergent musicians from the Bay Area and around the world. With the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe and the Tahoe National Forest as inspiration, Tahoe Music Alive seeks to inspire, educate and celebrate musical expression and excellence among residents of all ages, as well as visitors to the area. Throughout the year, TMA also promotes presentations of small musical ensembles in intimate community settings – Music For Friends – salons for avocational musicians, their collaborating artists and their friends.
