Trails & Vistas Art Hikes at Spooner Lake Park

Give the gift of art, smiles, and fresh air to someone you love. Walk the trail together and reconnect to some of our cherished performance art installations through our twenty year history. Featuring music, dance, and installation art working with this year’s theme, The Space Between.

ART HIKE Tickets: General tickets are $45 for adults and $15 for children. All tickets may be purchased at Trails & Vistas’ website at  www.trailsandvistas.org.

The Art Hike team is seeking volunteers for several critical basecamp positions supporting the Art Hikes on Saturday and Sunday, June 24th & 25th. Email Trails & Vistas volunteer coordinator Heather at heather@trailsandvistas.org to learn more.

One of the seven performance installation collaborations will feature the harmony of the harp, whimsical sculptures, with youthful dance symbolizing beauty and awe of flight. Like pelicans soaring and gliding from a Distant Land.

We are grateful for the blooming of spring.
Let us breathe in the changing air from a long winter into spring, as we are reminded of the rhythms of the seasons. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter: birth, growth, decay, the cycles of life turn – and we turn with them. Our energies are renewed in their deepest sources by participation in the cycles of change within our natural world. For many Tahoe locals our calendar is the cycle of the aspens. When they grow bright green summer is in full bloom, with leaves that turn gold, we know autumn is here.

We honor and share gratitude to all women who have helped us become who we are: memories of the past, experiences to unfold, and to Mother Earth for offering this beautiful home. All the best,
