Core requirements

– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Climber requirements

– At least 2 years of SRT climbing experience, 4 or more years preferred

– Ability to perform pruning and technical tree removals according to ANSI Z133 standards

– Strong knowledge of rigging and rope operations and their appropriate applications

– Advanced execution of chainsaw cutting and felling techniques

Ground crew requirements

– At least 1 years of industry related experience

– Assists climber with pruning/removals to ANSI Z133 standards

– Basic knowledge of knots and rigging/rope operations

– Solid execution of chainsaw techniques and maintenance

These skills/credentials are desired, but not required

– First Aid Certification

– Ability to perform mechanical maintenance/repairs

– Equipment operator experience

– Familiarity with crane removals

– ISA Certified Professional Tree Worker

– TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional

– Certified Arborist
