Pet Network Humane Society is thrilled to announce the Fur Ball Gala will be taking place in-person on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort! This year’s event, “Hooray for Hollywoof,” is inspired by the glitz and glam of “Old Hollywood” and will feature a gourmet dinner, Silent & Live auctions, musical entertainment, and guaranteed fun as we join together to celebrate the human-animal bond.

Due to the pandemic, Pet Network Humane Society has had to pivot our operations to address the influx of animals surrendered. We implemented an online adoption program that increased our placement numbers: 1,215 animals found their forever homes in 2020 & 2021!  Additionally, in response to a community need, Pet Network Humane Society started a Community Food Bank. Since then, we have distributed more than 8,000 pounds of pet food & cat litter to families in North Tahoe, helping to keep pets in their homes and with the people who love them.

We are so excited about the return of the Fur Ball; however, the success of this event is only possible because of the generosity of businesses like TTL. Proceeds from the evening will provide medical attention, food, grooming, love, and daily enrichment for each animal in our care, until we find their forever family.  Since its inception, Pet Network has saved over 10,000 felines and canines, and we are just getting started!
