Do your board members give-and-get within their means and ability? Many ‘Chief Everything Officers’ struggle to unlock the full potential of their board members. It can be frustrating when you know they’re passionate about the organization’s work, but yet struggle to support fundraising activities.
This workshop will focus on:
- How to identify each board member’s strengths
- Approach to creating and managing custom commitment plans
- Tips on what YOU need to do to empower / support your board
Don’t come alone – bring a board member along with you (limit two representatives per organization)! We will be sharing success stories from around the community to inspire your board to get ‘on board’ with fundraising.
