Plumas Bank seeks a full-time Business Advisor at the Kings Beach branch. This position requires persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process and is an important aspect of the job. A faster than average work pace is necessary, and follow-up of delegated work must be very thorough. Decision making will be done with the ideas and advice of others, but always carefully and cautiously within the guidelines of established company policy. Selling ideas to others and the ability to train, teach and motivate a team are strong aspects of this position. Five plus years of bank managerial experience preferred. Experience with Consumer and Commercial Lending preferred. Strong computer skills that include knowledge of Microsoft office PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Leadership ability and experience in both managing and mentoring. Strong customer focus and reputation for delivering results. Ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships across all business lines of the bank. Exhibit a professional, businesslike demeanor. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. One or more years of supervisory experience and five years of banking and/or related experience.
