Full Moon Snowshoe Tours
Join Tahoe Adventure Company for one of their special Full Moon Treks through the brisk mountain air of Lake Tahoe’s pristine forests. You will trek on our easy to use snowshoes by moonlight. Our knowledgeable guides will discuss local natural history and fascinating facts about our moon. We will also stop along the way to take in the beautiful views and enjoy snacks and hot drinks. Stargazers unite! Join Tahoe Adventure Company on December 28th and February 18th from 3-6:30pm for a guided Sunset Snowshoe tour followed by a telescopic tour of the night sky with award winning astronomer, Tony Berendsen. Our knowledgeable guides will teach you about the natural and human history of the area while you watch the sun cast a purple alpenglow onto the Sierras.
