Bookkeeper – Part Time/on site, Gallery Keoki, Village @ Palisades Tahoe

Well established long time local business – Gallery Keoki is looking for a part-time bookkeeper.

Most duties will be performed on site with flexible hours (est. 10-15 per week).

The ideal candidate has professional training and or certifications in bookkeeping or accounting and 10 years professional experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. QuickBooks/desktop data entry of Gallery sales (some manual)
2. Monthly reporting (sales detail, P&L, HR, operating costs, AR, AP, & bank info.)
3. Production expense management/ vendor relations
4. HR administration and Payroll taxes
5. Filing of the above
6. Annual P&L and balance sheet prep. for accountant
7. Self-directed, accurate, reliable, communicative & organized
8. Provides operational input for optimal operating efficiencies

Must be able to commute year round.

Hourly compensation commensurate with job description and experience.

Long term commitment preferred.
