Toy Collection Kick Off Parties for the 2018 Season begin at the 8th Annual Tahoe Community Thanksgiving Dinner and go until the West Shore Cafe Party on December 15

Feel free to attend more than one party but please donate a new toy for each event

Thursday, November 22

The first Toys For Tots Kick-off party will be at the  8th Annual Tahoe Community Thanksgiving Dinner. This event is held at the North Tahoe Event Center on Thanksgiving Day at 8313 North Lake Blvd, Kings Beach from 2pm to 6:30pm or when the food runs out. Admission is by donation with several choices 1) Bring a new unwrapped toy; 2) $2 per person or $5 per family; 3) Non-perishable food for Project MANA; 4) Volunteer; 5) ask nicely and they might let you in for free.

Saturday, December 1

3pm to 6 pm at Crosbys in Incline Village. The first ever Crosby’s Northern Lights Appeteaser Buffet. Admission is a new toy or $15 donation will get you in the door. Food, Drinks, fun and raffle.

Wednesday, December 5

Once again River Ranch located at the corner of Hwy 89 and Alpine Meadows Road, presents the North Tahoe High School Jazz Band Ensemble and the Welcome Winter Party. Join Mr Nordby and the jazz band ensemble for great music and fun, from 5pm to 7pm, The NTHS Jazz Band will begin playing at 6:00pm. Discounts on food and holiday libations. Santa, s’mores, hot cocoa, and more. Please bring a new unwrapped toy or make your donation check out to TFT Tahoe-Truckee.

Wednesday, December 5

Pep’s Place located at 6993 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe Vista. All day, bring a toy donation and receive a small drink for free.

Friday, December 7

Chamber Mixer at Raley’s in Incline 5pm to 7pm

Saturday, December 8

THE GANG Party at Rosie’s located at 571 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe City, CA. Adults only please from 9 to close. Bring your favorite table game then dance to the Space Heaters

Sunday December 9

Toys for Tots most popular event of the season. Zano’s Family Italian & Pizzeria, at 11401 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA has graciously partnered with Toys for Tots, Truckee Community Christmas and Truckee Soroptimists. 5pm to 7pm. Pizzas, pastas, garlic bread, appetizers, candy canes, cookies from The Treat Box, and live music. Santa, raffle prizes throughout the evening and more.  Each guest donate a new unwrapped toy or please expect to make a monetary donation per person for entry, payable: TFT Tahoe-Truckee.
