Sunday Brunch with Tahoe Perfect Workout
Join Tahoe Perfect Workout on Sunday, September 30 from 9:30-12:00 for class and brunch as they kick off the “Last Sunday of the Month” event series. Start with an hour long varying workout of reformer, yoga, and chair and stay after the workout for brunch.
Tahoe Perfect Workout will provide homemade quiche, baked goods and fresh fruit, with vegan options. Coffee, tea, Kombucha and champagne will be included. While you relax, plan to meet their new instructor, Abby, while Anael discusses biomechanics and Pilates.
