Join NTBA member, Stay Gold Fitness in Tahoe Vista for a fun filled evening of fitness and friends. Check out the new integrated facility of Stay Gold Fitness and Tahoe Flow Arts. Take part in a community yoga flow, then preview 6 different class offerings. Information will be provided on all programs and offerings, including deals on gym membership and more!
