Vote-by-mail ballots will begin mailing on Oct. 8. Vote-by-mail ballot request forms can be found on the back of the voter information guide, downloaded from the Elections Office website at www.placerelections.com or requested over the phone by calling 530-886-5650 or 800-824-8683.
