“My Reflections of Nature” Art Quilts. Local quilter, Marie Strassburger, brings her lifelong love of nature to her art in creating one-of-a-kind art quilts. Recently retired from a 30-year career as a professional wildlife biologist, is delighted to utilize her quilting artistry to reflect the wonders of our natural world. Full of amazing detail, these are not your “traditional” quilts but rather are “pictures in fabric,” creating beautiful representations of our natural surroundings. Custom quilts are also available.
