Jasper Johns is an American painter whose career has spanned abstract expressionism to pop art. In this introductory level class, we will learn the basics of painting with acrylics, color mixing, and color theory. Using Jasper Johns as inspiration, we will explore ways to paint everyday objects in new ways. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate levels, with individual attention given to all students.
