On Saturday, October 13th, the Boys & Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe (BGCNLT) will hold the inaugural BE5K Run, Walk or Stroll for Kids, complete with Superhero theme! The course will start and end on the Village Green in Incline Village, Nevada and will feature an awards ceremony on the green after the 5k, face painting, music, snacks as well as an opportunity for community partners to table on the green for the event. The event plan for the BE5K has been inspired by the donated template from the Butterfly Effect 5K (held in Incline Village, Nevada back in 2015). The Club invites families and the community to come out to support kids on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe while enjoying a beautiful 5k course near the lake.

So, come out to support kids and BE anything that inspires you while dressed in your Superhero best for BE5K! All proceeds from this 5k event support programs at the Boys & Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe.
