Hello Again from Dr Ann!
This year has been a year of transitions for all of us, in many ways. For us here at NaturaMed, the biggest (and most exciting) transition is about to happen.
Throughout the past 9 months, the vast majority of our patients have been receiving ongoing care via our telemedicine system. Everyone has become comfortable with zoom meetings or other video conferences across our lives. Many of you have expressed how much you are enjoying the convenience and efficiency that telemedicine brings.
With that in mind and considering the many options telemedicine has opened up for us all, I have decided to transition my Naturopathic Medical practice to a full telemedicine model! Continuing your care and care plans to guide you to being as healthy as you can be is my top priority and transitioning to a full telemedicine/video conferencing model is the very best way to support you and your health goals going forward.
Therefore, we will be closing the brick and mortar office in Kings Beach as of the first of the year.
There are always some services and administrative tasks that are needed to be done in person, so those services will be offered through Auburn Naturopathic Medicine. As you may already know, I have worked there in the past and have total confidence you will love the team of professionals there. While I won’t be seeing patients in person like I did before, they will be handling all appointments scheduling, invoicing, lab orders and prescriptions/prescription refills will be routed through Auburn Naturopathic Medicine.
While I will miss seeing everyone in person, I am very excited about the opportunities and freedoms this shift will provide for all of us.

In closing, I want to thank you all so much for the encouragement and kind words for me as I was helping my brother in Michigan. He is stable for now, but we still have a journey ahead of us.
